Commissions - Trades - gifts

For commissioned work

please, read carefully
by placing an order with me, you accept all of the above terms.

PERSONAL USE

✦ Use as your online icon/banner/header, with credit.✦ Use as your phone/desktop background.✦ Display it during a stream, similar to displaying fanart, etc.✦ Use as your OC design, no matter what type of OC! (Sona, story character, etc.)✦ Make your own artwork of the design or commission art from others.

COMMERCIAL USE

✦ Use my artwork as thumbnails for streams or to post on social media to advertise any streams.✦ Use as a PNGtuber/VTuber avatar. As well as using the design as the basis for one.
✦ Use it on merchandise that you will sell, no matter the scale.

observations

✧ Artwork is initially for personal use, but should commercial use become necessary, the price will be adjusted depending on the order.✧ Commissioned art cannot be used for NFTs, blockchain/cryptocurrency, or AI training.✧ The client can request WIPs from me whenever they want.✧ I always send you steps of the process (sketch, lineart, color), and for each step, I need feedback in order to continue working. If you need changes that require redesigning, you should request them in the first draft. After that, there will be an additional charge for each change! So, please, send me all the corrections you want at once.✧And the more details you can give about the commission, the better is. You can send reference images, sketches or anything that can help me - I always recommend it.✧ I can cancel your commission if I am not comfortable with it or no longer feel comfortable continuing our agreement - as well as refuse to accept it.✧ I do not do commissions on other artist bases or YCH.

✦ All commissions comes with a simple background - fif you want something more complex, there will be an additional cost, which may vary depending on the complexity.✦ Extra characters will be charged 50% (per characters) of the commission value.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

✦ Payment only after I send the sketch and it is approved. I accept PIX (BRL) and Paypal (USD).✦ If you no longer want the commission or something unexpected happens and it is necessary to cancel the order, I will refund the equivalent of the amount already worked - keep in mind that from the moment the draft is approved, this already amounts to 10%.

DELIVERY/EDITING/PUBLISHING

✦ You will receive the high quality image file via We Transfer, which will arrive via email or via Discord (whichever is best for you)✦ I can publish my commissions on my social media for self-promotion purposes, giving you credit for the character (if applicable), but if you want your piece as FYEO (for your eyes only), just let me know.✦ You (the commissioner) can republish on other websites, as long as you always keep the credits (preferably tagging me) - In case of posting on Facebook, please add at least one link to my social media.

DEADLINES AND URGENT ORDERS

✦ The delivery time depends on the complexity of the order - as well as the quantity and other external factors, but you will be informed about all of this during the negotiation of the work.✦ Urgent orders will be charged an additional fee. And if I am already working on the commission and you realize that you need it before the estimated time, the same fee will be charged.✦ I will always communicate updates about your commission as needed or if unforeseen circumstances arise. However, if you need updates sooner, feel free to message me once a week, at most.

COMMUNICATION

I will communicate primarily through Instagram, Discord (both Sora_Aiko), or email ([email protected]).

Rules for Custom Design

✦ A custom design is initially created for personal use - if it is made for commercial use (such as PNGtuber/VTuber model), the value should be re-discussed and a fee will be added.✦ I do custom Closed Species - just give me all the species traits and necessary information.✦ I accept A.U. requests for existing characters, as long as they are OCs.

Rules for ADOPT

✦ There is no need to ask permission for things like:
> Costume editing or creating alternate costumes
> Gender changing
I only ask that you keep my original design/art for reference.✦ Asking permission for major design changes is appreciated, but not required.

TOYHOU.SE SPECIFIC TERMS

✦ All my designs have a waiting period of at least two months before they can be resold or traded on Toyhouse. This rule does not apply to gifts.✦ Do not gift/trade/resell my Toyhouse designs to anyone outside of the site. I can give you a Toyhouse code if needed.✦ Do not delete my designs on Toyhouse. You can hide them or return them to me if you no longer want them and can't/don't want to trade them.

✦ You can only increase the resale value if you have added more images to your profile - otherwise it will be at least the same value or less.✦ Only these types of art count towards the price:

✦ Gifts and trades do not count towards the price.
